CARDIO & ABS

Equipment needed: Mat, light weights

Each exercise is displayed in the video showing the correct form and repetitions.

Repeat the whole routine for 3 sets in the first 2 weeks. Increase one more set in the coming 2 weeks and add weights to all ABS exercises for the last 4 weeks.
